“Completing medical school at the University of Florida provided me with many opportunities and educational experiences that I apply in my professional work.  The Junior Honors Program, specifically, allowed me to learn in a very unique environment that I apply when teaching residents and medical students.  For example, the small group discussions, case presentations, and emphasis on reviewing current literature through journal articles and medical studies are all tools that I practice on a daily basis.  I am very fortunate to have had this opportunity and strongly feel that I am better learner and teacher because of it.”
